When it fits
Sometimes you do not need a larger engagement. You need a good conversation.
A Clarity Session is the typical first step when the question is important, not yet well defined, or carrying more complexity than it first appears.
Format and participants
The session is designed for one leader or a small group of up to six participants. It is normally conducted by video call; an in-person session may be arranged when practical.
Larger teams and full-board conversations require a separately scoped facilitated session.
What we will do
We orient quickly, explore what you are actually deciding, surface assumptions and constraints, and look briefly at the surrounding system.
We will not try to map your entire organization in an hour. We will slow down just enough to see the decision more clearly.

After our conversation
Within approximately 24–48 hours, I will send a concise written reflection capturing what I heard, questions worth preserving, important observations, and possible next steps.
It is not a consulting report or prescription. It is something useful to carry back into your own thinking and conversations.
Fee and scope
A Clarity Session has a fixed fee, confirmed before scheduling. It includes the one-hour conversation and written reflection.
Any further work is discussed and agreed separately. There is no automatic expansion or implied commitment to another engagement.
